How to Apply

To apply, applicants must:

  • Complete the online application
  • Submit a current resume
  • Provide official transcripts from all regionally accredited institutions attended (or appropriate international equivalent)
  • Submit an artist statement. The artist statement should include a 300-500 word Artist Statement with the following criteria:
    1. A statement of portfolio giving context to each piece (10), to help the admissions committee understand their professional work.
    2. Discuss areas of interest within art and technology, along with career goals in the industry.
    3. Mention any disparities within background with technology and/or GPA, with a statement of what skills students will contribute to the program, and what they're looking to gain from this degree.
  • Portfolio:
    1. Upload 10 images or media files of your artwork or professional work. This should present as a professional portfolio. Images should be oriented correctly
  • International students must demonstrate English proficiency
  • An interview may be requested at the discretion of the admissions committee

Applicants are not required to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be reviewed individually by the admissions committee.
